This service will provide life-changing person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs. This individual is warm affectionate and loves building genuine connections with people who take the time to understand them sharing jokes having fun and celebrating their successes. They are autistic with mental health conditions and have a learning disability. They experience psychosis which can bring high anxiety and vivid hallucinations so your leadership will ensure a patient trauma-informed and person-centred approach is embedded in all aspects of support. They enjoy music dancing discos cars and long drives gentle walks cooking bowling and trips to the cinema and they thrive on encouragement as they develop their independence and self-worth. With strong family ties and a love for positive consistent relationships they will benefit from a manager who can guide a confident skilled and empathetic team balancing calm reassurance with uplifting energy to help them truly flourish.
