This job role may be suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station which is based on business assessment of where the work is best done) and working remotely. The expectation is to attend site a minimum of 2 days per week.

**Job description**:
Your work will typically focus on delivering quality customer service and continuously improving service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- General administration duties.
- Act as Local Security Officer (LSO) and Authorised Demander (and Secret) in support of mod NET Catalogue requests.
- Responsible for the purchasing of catalogue and non-catalogue items of equipment for TacSys including raising RFA’s where required.
- Provide Ad hoc assistance to Line Manager.
- Provision of Fuel Cards & assistance with hire car/pool car bookings including monthly reconciliation.

This post is advertised at 37 hours.

**Person specification**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a friendly disposition and has good communication skills.

You will need to be confident and able to work under pressure whilst always remaining polite and courteous. You will also need to have the ability to use a degree of initiative, and the ability to retain information to prioritise daily duties.

You will have good project co-ordination, organisational and customer service skills.
