Job Overview
As a Sales & Letting Negotiator you are responsible for promoting properties for sale (including auction) and let. This includes building and maintaining relationships with vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. Subsequently you need to match the needs of all parties.
Responsibilities and Duties (Please note this is not exhaustive but covers key areas)
Generating Valuations
Matching Purchasers & Tenants With Properties
Showing Clients Around Properties
Following Up Viewings, Gaining Feedback & Updating Vendors & Landlords, Including Negotiation Between All Parties
Following & Completing The Full Letting Process With Landlord & Tenant
Following & Completing The Sales Process With Vendor, Purchaser, Solicitor & Other Parties
Selling Additional Products & Services As Offered By The Company
Maintaining Administrative Records & Marketing Displays
Answering & Dealing With Telephone Enquiries
Reaching & Exceeding Office & Personal Targets As Set By The Directors

**Person Specification**:
Minimum GCSE, or equivalent, in Maths and English required, with further relevant business administration or customer service qualifications or equivalent experience
Minimum 12 months administration experience
Experience which demonstrates the ability to work both in a team and on your own, show attention to detail, and be able to prioritise your own workload
Excellent people skills and communication skills, including telephone skills, are crucial to build strong relationships with internal and external teams e.g. landlords, tenants and contractors.
Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Outlook and internet browsing
Ability to be enthusiastic, honest, reliable, and self-motivated are essential. Industry knowledge can be provided in house via on the job training where required.

Job Details
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm plus every other Saturday 9am 1pm, but with an afternoon off in the week preceding.

Basic salary of between 18,000 -21,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus travel expenses and incentive based on performance (OTE 23,000). Other benefits include pension and 28 days holiday including bank holidays
