Job Title: Trainee Valuer

Location:Shrewsbury

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

OTE: £45,000+

Requirements: 1 years Sales Negotiation experience in Estate Agency 

A multi-branch, award winning and well established Estate Agency is looking for talented and hungry Sales Negotiator who have a passion for the industry and desire growth. Full training will be provided so you can become competent in the art of valuations and continue a bright career in the property industry.

Description:

The company are seeking a motivated Trainee Estate Agency Valuer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for listing a targeted number of properties - and full training will be given. You should be happy to work in a vibrant team, be enthusiastic and motivated to learn and to embrace the challenge that Estate Agency brings.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct property valuations and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
  • The ability to offer the very best customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in the local area.
  • Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve team and company goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industyr. 
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications.
  • Must have a full driving license.

* Base salary £25,000 - £32,000k depending on experience.
