**What you’ll be doing**
Our customers are at the heart of our business, and we’re passionate about everything we do to support our customers, communities, and the environment, which is why our **Customer Relations Advisors** are so important to our business.
As a **Customer Relations Advisor,**you’ll be helping and supporting our customers who contact us about their bills, meters, and service-related enquiries. You'll case manage complex customer queries from the first communication through to resolutionand ensure our business targets are met. A professional understanding of what makes first-class customer service is important, as are flexibility, multi-tasking, and problem-solving.
You'll be responsible for specific customer cases which cannot be resolved the first time, building relationships, and progressing investigations to resolution. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.You'll be liaising with differentdepartments within Thames Water to obtain additional detail to help with the investigation and fully resolve your customer's query, keeping the customer updated at all times.
**What you should bring to the role**:

- A strong passion for customer service
- An excellent telephone manner with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with our customers
- Enthusiasm and being a great team player
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Exceptional IT, listening, and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work within a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment
- Proactive and a self-learner who constantly looks to improve and deliver
Our **Customer Relations Advisors** are based at our service centre on Kembrey Business Park in Swindon. We are offering a salary of up to £23,500 depending on experience. Our working hours are 36 hours per week between the hoursof 8 am and 5 pm Monday - Friday.
Although this role will initially be based onsite, we do offer a hybrid way of working once competent in the role.
