We manage 15 networks for all the key C-Suite as well as several other specialist senior roles and have 2,500+ members across those networks from 700+ multinational organisations.

**Event & Content Producer**
Coordinate the delivery of a world-class programme of events which feature industry leading C-Suite Practitioners. Innovating and improving quality of events to ensure a 5* quality member experience, that drives member acquisition and retention.

Coordinate the delivery of a programme of events that showcase world-class speakers, innovative ideas and practical solutions
**Closer Relationships**
Work effectively with the rest of the business to deliver a member experience that maximises the likelihood of renewal.

Drive inbound membership enquiries as result of perceived and experienced value of programme.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Manage the planning, development and day to day operations of Winmark meetings, corporate and outsourced events/ webinars.
2. Sourcing venues and managing relationships with external hosts/venues for C-Suite events and allocated networks. At the Event, support the on-site delivery and setup, supporting logistics for trainers, speakers, chair and team members.
3. Coordination of resources and facilities required for all company events (Corporate & Network/Outsourced meetings/webinars)
4. Assist with the Event training processes for all team members ensuring a positive culture and ‘can do’ attitude to achieve a seamless change at any time.
5. Collating quarterly on all Network meetings’ KPIs, risks, WIP, budgets etc.
6. Manage the Programme Team to ensure overall quality across all programmes.
7. Anticipate the C-Suite challenges that should be addressed in the forward programme and ensure that knowledge is shared across the business.
8. Develop a culture of data driven decision making among the team, using member advisory panels and regular member surveys to inform ways of working and the production of the events programme.
9. Work closely with the Account Management and Content team to build and execute a delivery strategy that helps ensure members have a seamless experience.
10. Have a clear understanding of how the programme sits in the competitor landscape and work to ensure the programmes contribute to a differentiated proposition.
11. Lead on ensuring partners (technical, city etc.) are successfully integrated into the programme thereby meeting their profile raising and relationship building objectives.
12. Manage budgeting, financial and cash management for events.

- Experience of delivering events that deliver identifiable value to senior stakeholders.
