A creative agency who produce
experiences
that move people and brands forward are looking for an Events Producer to join their team. The agency deliver everything from immersive activations through to global conferences and exhibitions.

You'll work cross-functionally across
creative, production, and technical
to plan and deliver bold, seamless experiences — the kind that make audiences stop, engage, and remember.

This is a role for someone who's organised, creative, and calm under pressure — a natural collaborator who loves turning ideas into beautiful realities.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver high-quality events and campaigns from brief to on-site delivery.
  • Translate creative ideas into tangible, beautifully executed experiences.
  • Collaborate across departments — design, content, logistics, and technical production.
  • Manage budgets, suppliers, and timelines with precision and confidence.
  • Build strong client relationships and represent the agency with professionalism and passion.
  • Stay calm and adaptable on-site, ensuring every moment runs smoothly.


What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience producing live or hybrid events in a creative or experiential agency.
  • A strong understanding of
    AV, content, and design workflows
    .
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
  • Someone who genuinely loves what they do — and wants to grow doing it.
