Coffeelink are a family business, with a real passion for good quality coffee. We roast all our own coffee at our Roastery in Suffolk catering for wholesale and retail customers. Additionally, catering for our many coffee shop outlets scattered across Suffolk and Essex.

**About the Role**

We are currently looking for another full time Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. You will be working closely with the rest of the Warehouse team in the day to day running of the department. Duties include
- Processing and preparing daily web orders, wholesale orders and stock for our coffee shops.
- Boxing and packing stock in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Preparing deliveries.
- Maintain sound communication with the Warehouse Manager.
- Supporting other areas of the business whenever required.
- General admin duties including customer service.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.
- Occasional van deliveries when needed.

This list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to help out with other duties if needed.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5.00pm.

**About You**

In order to be successful in the role, you will need to have:

- You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
- Highly proactive and forward thinking with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
- The ability to work in a close-knit team.
- Driving Licence needed for occasional deliveries.
- Basic IT skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.49 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
