**Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Estate Agent**
- Liaise with clients to market properties, finding the most appropriate manner to maximise selling value.
- Handling inbound enquiries regarding properties from potential buyers or tenants.
- Conducting viewings at properties.
- Negotiating the sale or letting of properties.
- Build relationships with buyers and tenants.
- Gain local rapport, become the estate agent people want

**Key Skills and Experience of a Trainee Estate Agent**
- Target driven individual.
- Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
- Ability to accurately prioritise time, highly organised with a methodical approach.
- Interest in the local property market.
- Ambition and a strong recognisable charisma.

**Driving license is required for this role.
