**Trainee Estate Agent - Market leader in Southgate**

**Essentials - Driving licence, own car and customer service experience**

**OTE up to £40,000+ - Basic salary £20,000+ - Generous commission structure**

**5 day working week - Every other Saturday with a day off during the week when Saturday is worked**

**Working hours**

Monday to Thursday 9am to 6:30pm

Friday 9am to 6pm

Saturday 10am to 4pm

**Training provided by some of the industry's best**

**Trainee Estate Agent - duties**
- Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person
- Chasing leads and keeping in contact with applicants/clients
- Book in & conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers & agree sales
- Carry out basic administration
- Generate and book in valuations

**Trainee Estate Agent - Skills & experience**
- Sales experience preferred but not essential
- Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
- Work as part of a team
- Positive, organised and reliable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
