OVERALL SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
- To ensure the smooth and effective running of administration of the HR department. To give day to day administration support to the HR Team.
- To update and maintain HR systems and filing systems whilst ensuring they are compliant with GDPR legislation
- Support with cyclical and ad hoc projects and activities such as annual pay review, talent planning, roll out of initiatives
- Ensure compliance and legal frameworks are adhered to at all times.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update all HR systems and HR personnel files, such as sickness and holiday absence, resolving non complex employee queries Answering any employee inquiries
- Preparing staff handbooks, template letter of forms
- Examines employee files to answer enquiries and provides information to authorised persons.
- Compiles and maintains records for use in employee benefits administration.
- Support implementation and use of HR systems/technology to make core processes simple, efficient and effective.
- Ensure GDPR compliance is adhered to in relation to systems and personnel files
- Responsible for administration of training courses for HR department to include booking facilities and preparing documentation
- To provide all aspects of HR administration to include employment contracts, HR letters, supporting starter and leaver process, reference requests, probation reviews, eye test vouchers, change to terms letters.
- Advising line managers on policies and processes.
- Process HR related invoices
- Provide HR reports as required
- To support HR projects when required
- Ad hoc recruitment process reviewing spend, identifying agencies, shortlisting, CV management.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- High levels of organization and planning skills
- Ability to work in a confidential manner
- Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Data entry skills
- High level of confidentiality
- Strong interest in all aspects of HR
- Ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships across business
- Experience of prioritizing tasks and managing competing priorities
- Desire to progress further in HR career
- Minimum 6 months exp in an HR administration/coordination role within a fast paced environment.

DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Solid experience in a HR administrator/Coordinator role
- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration.
- Ability to join up the dots - cause and effect of actions/inactions
- Track record of implementing process improvements
- Able to operate in shades of grey - knows when to flex policies /practices to achieve good results.
- Proactive and able to identify value adding tasks without close Supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
