I am excited to be working with a very successful nationwide private equity backed security business who have an immediate need for a M&A Manager to accelerate its acquisition plans. This is an excellent opportunity to further your exposure to the entiredeal process and work collaboratively with high calibre M&A Director. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of potential deals, valuation analysis, negotiations, managing due diligence and liaising with the integration team to ensure successful integration.

**Your responsibilities**:

- To assist in mapping target acquisitions, supporting M&A Director in research
- Managing the acquisition pipeline ensuring it remains current and relevant
- To conduct in depth financial analysis and reporting to arrive at an appropriate valuation, assessing risks and fit with criteria considering a range of factors from EBITDA, revenues, cash, growth rates, concentration, and risks
- Play a leading part in negotiations with leadership teams both internally and in target businesses
- Create investment papers in support of potential deals as required to support the board and wider business
- Produce and collate board packs to present potential acquisitions to the board
- Execute or manage due diligence to identify key deal risks and potential integration challenges
- Succinctly summarise key commercial, legal, financial, tax and operational due diligence findings for the integrations team
- Review processes occasionally to ensure they are fit for purpose and fulfil the function

**The Skills**:

- ACA / ACA or equivalent
- 2-5 Years PQE
- M&A experience or Corporate Development experience is essential
- Advanced Excel Skills
