To be eligible you must be:
- Over 18 and have the legal right to work in the UK- Going into your final year of an undergraduate degree in Autumn 2025- Able to come to our London office Monday - Friday for 10 weeks- Available from 9th June to 15th August 2025

The UK Events Team is looking for a Summer Intern In our London office, we deliver special projects and events across the British Vogue, GQ, Glamour, Tatler, Condé Nast Traveller & Vanity Fair brands. We are looking for someone who will play a key role in supporting our central events team, supporting the organisation and production of events across the portfolio. This internship would give you great exposure to what a broad role in an Events Team would look like.

What will you be doing?- Support the events team on the production and organisation of events; spanning large-scale multi-brand tentpole, brand-led, and consumer events.- Support with research and sourcing of suppliers at preferential rates, as well as product for goodie bag inclusion.- Support events with key administrative tasks, such as updating presentations, managing the RSVPs of event guest lists, creating guest facesheets, compiling event briefings, and invoice and new supplier management.- On event days, play a key role in guest-list management and supporting with smooth event management as needed.- Coordinate editorial shopping pages within commercial special sections in print.- Ad hoc administrative tasks and calendar management to support the head of team.
