Summer Internship Opportunity for Recent Graduates and Current Students

Summer Intern
- Full-time position paying £415 per week.
- Both English and Chinese language ability required
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30.
- Location: London

Interview Requirement:

- In-Person Interview is Required (30-45 minutes)
- Including a simple test on hands-on skills, data organization, and computer proficiency.

WCM is offering a summer internship opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining experience in global online operations. As a startup specializing in organizing global online music activities, we have leveraged our expertise in the field for over 15 years. Since our establishment in 2019, our experienced professionals have driven our business success. We are currently looking for detail-oriented and hardworking individuals eager to join our summer internship program. This opportunity will be instrumental in supporting our online operations and contributing to our global business development.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Product Production, Packaging, and Packing: Assisting in ensuring high-quality standards in customization and packaging processes.
- Website Development, Updating, and Maintenance: Assisting with building, updating, and maintaining our websites to provide a seamless online experience for our customers.
- Data Management: Assisting in organizing and managing data tables to ensure accuracy and completeness for effective business operations.
- Social Media Management: Assisting in creating and managing our social media accounts in both English and Chinese, assisting with updating content regularly, and engaging with our audience to enhance our online presence across various platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Essential ability to write and edit content in both English and Chinese
- Must be able to work full-time at our London Kennington office, Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30.
- Positive work attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to multiple job responsibilities.
- Independent thinking and judgment abilities
- Proficiency in using MS Office software, especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce practices will be advantageous.
- Practical skills or previous working experience in handcrafting, packaging, product organization, and goods tidying are preferred.
