Overview

Our client, a global leader in the aviation industry, is offering an exciting
10-week Summer Internship Programme
designed to provide university students with first-hand corporate experience and exposure to large-scale business operations.

The internship offers an immersive introduction to the organisation's graduate programmes and a chance to contribute meaningfully to live projects within one of the company's head office functions. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable insight into business operations, leadership, and strategic decision-making.

This placement is tailored to individual interests and development goals, ensuring a rich learning experience that enhances professional skills and employability.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to live projects and day-to-day operations within a designated business function.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by bringing new ideas and perspectives.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple departments, building professional relationships and expanding your internal network.
  • Engage with graduate and early-career communities to gain exposure to different career pathways.
  • Deliver meaningful work that impacts real business outcomes, with guidance from experienced mentors.
  • Develop professional confidence, leadership potential, and an understanding of corporate culture.

Requirements

  • Predicted minimum
    2:2 degree (or equivalent)
    in any subject.
  • Must be returning to university following completion of the internship.
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for personal growth and learning.
  • Right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship (visa sponsorship not available).
