Independent growing agency with offices in London, Australia, and Europe is looking for an organized studio manager for the London team.

The studio is based in the heart of Shoreditch and it is there they celebrate the vision of the world’s best retail brands and designers by crafting beautiful digital and physical experiences as well as branding and integrated campaigns. The studio has aculture of constant innovation and freedom and is led by their hunger for ideas and creativity.

The Role:
This is an integral and autonomous position within the studio and you will be the face of the studio, taking ownership for much of the day-to-day operations and building management.

As the face of the agency, you will be their glue. They want you to grow with them, from one challenge to the next, and help them thrive. Basically, our client needs someone that can make it happen

Being design literate with previous studio experience is imperative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing workflow and appropriately delegating operational tasks and actively supporting in their professional progression.
- Managing studio operations from booking out meeting rooms and aiding the project teams to diary management and basic commercial support of the finance team.
- Ensure studio standards are maintained to the highest level and representative of the agency.
- Support document writing (proposals, presentations, invoicing, etc.)
- Support the account and project teams to ensure the greatest success for delivery and return business from our clients.
- Manage third parties e.g photographers, printers, permits, logistic partners,
- Organise and deliver all events autonomously
- Manage, support, and report for purchasing across the studio.
- Manage studio holiday calendar and ensure no critical clashes occur.
- Organise and report all building maintenance.
- Managing the portal from setting up new starters and monitoring internal timesheets to client logins and project updates.
- Monitor and support project teams on the archiving of all project
- Coordinating and supporting all project team recruitment.
- Coordinating team reviews
- Agency brand ambassador, ensuring all external content in the marketplace is correctly represented and standards are kept throughout the studio.
