**Retrofit Assessor Job in London / Remote Working**

**Retrofit Assessor job based in London / Remote Working, visiting sites in mainly London and The South East for a growing multidisciplinary consultancy. The role will be carrying our Retrofit Assessments on affordable housing buildings on behalf of their Local Authority and Housing Association clients. Offering a salary of up to £35,000 + Discretionary Bonus. To be considered you should be a certified Retrofit Assessor.**

The consultancy offers a multitude of services including project management, building surveying, cost consultancy, design management and Fire Safety. Specialising in residential, affordable housing, major regeneration, new build and remedial projects for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Private Developers. Made up of 100 employees and 4 offices, they are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of work across London, Southeast and Midlands and The South West.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Undertake retrofit assessment surveys
- Produce energy performance reports and energy performance certificates
- Make recommendations based on assessment findings, liaising with Retrofit Coordinators and Designers
- Project manage where applicable other consultants on behalf of client
- Resident liaison.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Certified Retrofit Assessor (ideally Elmhurst, Stroma etc)
- Experienced in the residential housing sector
- Ability to travel across London and The South East and sometimes further afield across England.
