**Job description - the role**
The Complaints team at M&G Wealth Platform are looking for a Complaints Administrator
The role will support the Complaints Team Leader, Complaint Officers and Technical Complaints Officers to ensure the Complaints team works efficiently and effectively within regulatory deadlines.
**As a Complaints Administrator you will be responsible for**:
- Identifying complaints passed to the team
- Logging complaints onto the complaint resolution system
- Managing the mailbox, ensuring that all correspondence is identified and allocated in a timely manner
- Managing incoming telephone calls to the team, updating or assisting callers as appropriate
- Linking in with other areas of the business to support the identification and resolution of complaints
- Financial services administrative experience (experience of Respond would be a distinct advantage)
- Experience of working with MS Office and Outlook
- Good communication and letter writing skills
- Experience of working within a close knit team
- A friendly, confident telephone manner
