This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global media company as an Applications Lead (Windows / Mac) based in our flagship London Office in Bishopsgate. You'll be managing cutting edge technology solutions for us, ensuring our teams have access to best in class technology across all our agencies.

We’re looking for someone with experience across both Mac and Windows who’s passionate about technology solutions.

**What we’re looking for from the Applications Lead (Windows / Mac)**

We’re looking for an Applications Lead (Windows / Mac) who can demonstrate:
- Solid experience of IT support and development in a mixed Mac and Windows estate- Experience of working in an international company with an audited and regulated environment (SOX/ISO27001/GDPR etc.)- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 (Laptop Builds, Deployment, Management, Patching)- Advanced knowledge of Apple Mac OSX, and JAMF device management- Experience of international enterprise IT environment- Experience of administering a helpdesk (EG: Zendesk/Remedy or similar)- Resource Booking / Application License Management / Backup / Printers / Font management etc.

**About you**:
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously whilst contributing a vital, senior function to a large, busy, city-based IT team where downtime is critical.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Ability to prioritise and multitask well under pressure, ensuring service delivery is maintained- Able to understand deadlines and timekeeping- Confident in speaking and presenting complex tech ideas in a succinct and straightforward way to senior management.
