The role offers competitive pay, an impressive bonus scheme and opportunities for career development.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and maintain the company image as a brand ambassador.Deliver outstanding customer service.Maximise volume to meet profit and financial targets.Coordinate and control the work of Autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required.Ensure the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses.Maintain company housekeeping standards.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Autocentre Manager.Excellent customer service skills.Strong team‑building and leadership abilities.Ability to drive results and achieve realistic targets.CompensationSalary: Negotiable based on experience (DOE)Hours: 48 hours per week (8.30–5.30 Mon‑Fri; 8.30–5 Sat)Bonus Structure (Examples)Manager with >16 years: Structured achievements with clear targets.Manager since 2012: Strong structure, high earning potential.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Outstanding bonus structure.Career development opportunities.Training at our IMI‑approved Training Academies (Strood/Reading).Uniform.Company discount.Employer‑sponsored pension scheme.Up to 44 days paid leave (including bank holidays).ApplicationPlease submit your application through the normal recruitment channel. xpwpeyx We appreciate your interest in becoming part of our successful team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
