Autocentre Manager at Specialized applications Overview We are seeking an experienced Autocentre Manager to lead and motivate a team, deliver outstanding customer service and drive the profitability of our branch. The role offers competitive pay, an impressive bonus scheme and opportunities for career development. Key Responsibilities Promote and maintain the company image as a brand ambassador. Deliver outstanding customer service. Maximise volume to meet profit and financial targets. Coordinate and control the work of Autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required. Ensure the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses. Maintain company housekeeping standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Autocentre Manager. Excellent customer service skills. Strong team‑building and leadership abilities. Ability to drive results and achieve realistic targets. Compensation Salary: Negotiable based on experience (DOE) Hours: 48 hours per week (8.30–5.30 Mon‑Fri; 8.30–5 Sat) Bonus Structure (Examples) Manager with >16 years: Structured achievements with clear targets.
