Field Sales Representative

**Company Overview**: Cleartech Communications is a leading telecommunications solutions provider committed to delivering cutting-edge business communication services. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team to include a Midland Field Representative who will play a pivotal role in upgrading and expanding our clients' business communication systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Business Meetings**:
- Conduct a minimum of 4 business meetings per day with potential clients to discuss and understand their telecommunication needs which are booked for you by our telemarketing team.
- Articulate and present our range of services, including business telephone systems, calls, lines, broadband, and mobile solutions.
- You will be expected to close deals on the same day as you are sat with decision makers who can sign lease documents.
- **System Upgrades**:
- Assess and analyse existing telecommunication infrastructure.
- Propose and implement upgrades to enhance clients' communication capabilities.
- **Diary Management**:
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date diary for scheduling and tracking meetings.
- Provide detailed feedback and notes after each meeting, updating the management system promptly.
- **Proposal Follow-up**:
- Prepare and deliver proposals to clients based on their specific requirements.
- Follow up promptly after meetings to address any queries and facilitate the closing of business on the same day.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during and after the sales process.
- **Documentation**:
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate seamless service delivery.
- **Mileage and Travel**:
- Utilize a company-provided car or receive a car allowance for business-related travel.
- Submit accurate mileage reports and expenses regularly.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in telecommunications sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business telephone systems, calls, lines, broadband, and mobile services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in diary management and documentation.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
