End Point Assessor

As End Point Assessor ( Passenger Transport ) you will work with Apprentices and their employers to plan, carry out and report on End Point Assessments. Your responsibilities will include:
- making decisions on apprenticeship standards / overall grades
- administration tasks / responding to queries
- keeping sector knowledge up to date.
- This role is varied and flexible and will include both working from home and visits out in the field._

With a long-established reputation in carrying out assessments, our client takes an innovative and dynamic approach, and is one of the first organisations to be registered with the Education and Skills Funding Agency, helping employers across the UK to deliver the independent End Point Assessments that are now an essential element of any Apprenticeship.
**The Person**
As End Point Assessor you will have a relevant qualification and current, hands on, professional experience in the Passenger Transport sector as a qualified bus or coach driver. You will also have:
- knowledge of IQA assessment processes / observations
- experience of professional discussions / reviewing learners' showcase of evidence
- good IT ( MS Office ), time management & communication skills
- ability to work autonomously, in line with an operating framework
- awareness / understanding learner difficulties / disabilities & social needs
**_ This role is varied and flexible and will include both working from home and visits out in the field so access to a vehicle is a must._**
**_ This is a part time role for 3 days a week. Salary shown is the actual salary._**
