Jenson Fisher are working with a local Dundee based business and are supporting in the recruitment of an experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is a well known name within their expansive field and are looking to bring someone into their team who can enhance their current client offering, but also bring on new business and develop new relationships too.
The day to day duties within the role will include;
- Maintaining a healthy growth in sales and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Handling all inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Preparing accurate sales quotes, up selling where possible.
- Dealing and following up phone and online sales enquiries.
- Ensuring a healthy margin for profitability is achieved and maintained.
- Ensuring accurate records of customer profiles are recorded and are kept up to date within the database, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
- Processing sales orders and creating new accounts on the system, updating notes accordingly.
- Assisting with resolving customer complaints or queries, aiming for 1st time resolution to ensure a high-quality customer service.
- Ensuring that all requirements of the Company’s Quality Assurance programme are fully observed and maintained.
- Assisting in the collection of customer account balances when required.
- Work towards and achieve KPI’s.
The role will be suited to someone who has a genuine passion for sales and working with people, but who also has a technical and practical mind set. The product offering from our client is extremely varied and can be utilised in a number of difference sectors,you must be able to think ahead and not just sell to the customer in front of you, but also to their customers in turn. This role requires someone who has excellent communication and organisational skills, being able to adapt to suit client needs.
The role offers an excellent basic salary (dependent on experience) and also offers a car allowance, OTE of up to £40k per year, and all the tools required to assist you in doing your job including a phone and laptop etc. The role will be predominantly officebased but will require some travel on occasion.
