Direct4Pet is a fast growing Pet Medicines Pharmacy and Internet Retailer of Pet Products located in Burscough Lancashire. We are part of Black Cat Medicines Limited which was originally established within a Lancashire based Veterinary Surgery in 1985.

**Job description**

We are currently recruiting a new team member for our busy online business. You must be a confident veterinary nurse who is happy to work in a non-surgery environment. You must be able to work in a busy team, demonstrate exceptional skills in customer services to maintain our amazing feedback ratings and customer satisfaction.

The role will be office based and will involve working closely with our In House Vet, Product Management Team, Purchasing, Returns dept and logistics teams on the day to day customer services and administration.

- Experience in dealing with pet customers in a veterinary surgery environment
- Knowledge of Veterinary and Pet Products
- RCVN/RCVS Registered
- SQP Small / Companion Animal Qualification desirable
- Office Administration
- Confident, highly organised and able to work under pressure
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, etc
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Communication skills at all levels
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Well-presented, polite and tactful

We are keen to promote training and professional development for gaining and/or maintaining an SQP qualification and CPD allowances.

**Availability**:

- This role is office based but it we can be flexible on the working hours with our offices. So therefore we require someone either part time or full time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
