Direct4Pet is a leading Internet Veterinary Pharmacy and E-commerce Retailer of Pet Products located in Burscough Lancashire. We are part of Black Cat Medicines Limited which was originally established within a Lancashire based Veterinary Surgery in 1985.

**Job description**

The role will office based and can include some working from home. You will be working closely with our Product Management Team, Purchasing Department, Returns Department, Logistics Team and our in house Vet on the day to day customer services and administration.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3+ year(s) experience in a customer service role
- Be ‘hands on’ leading by example in customer service, conflict resolution and create an environment where others want to follow
- Experience in coaching and developing staff, to help them achieve their full potential
- Manage customer feedback loops
- Confident and able to work under pressure
- Be analytically minded to review reports & data and make relevant improvements
- Highly computer literate with experience in in MS Office, Word, Excel, etc
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine and meaningful relationships.

**Availability**:

- This role is both home and office based to include Saturday and Sunday. but we can also offer some flexibility on the working hours within our offices.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
