**Salary**: £27-30k basic + £8-15k OTE

Our client is a well established company that enables thousands of organisations worldwide to create effective online learning.
This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executives to join their team

**Role**:

- Collaborate with the Account Managers to refer deals and learn from their expertise
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
- This role grants real autonomy and offers an excellent scope for progression into more senior roles

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Comfortable working in target-driven environments
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
