**LOGISTICS DRIVER - **(Dungannon)**

**_The primary objective of this role is transferring Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles to our customers in a timely and professional manner. This is a key customer-facing role, working within our Dungannon dealership supporting internal departments. _**

**Job** **role**:

- Delivery and collection of commercial vehicles for servicing
- Handover of newly purchased vehicles to customers
- Presenting vehicles for MOT
- Be an ambassador for the Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van products and services
- To carry out daily safety checks in line with vehicle maintenance and legislation
- Assist with vehicle parts deliveries
- Moving and organising of vehicles within the dealership yard

**Hours of work**:
Flexibility is essential - Start/finish time will vary depending on business needs.

Ability to work Saturday on a rotational basis, is also a requirement of this role.

**Essential Criteria**:

- A valid HGV Class 1 Licence (C + E)
- Experience and confident driving a wide variety of commercial vehicles
- Hold a CPC Card & Driver Card
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- An excellent standard of presentation with a courteous and pleasant nature
- Flexible approach and strong work ethic
- Ability to build effective relationships

**Desirable Criteria**:

- 1 year’s previous experience driving commercial vehicles
- Cat D Licence

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
