**Title**:Customer Success and Retention Specialist

This role requires a customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated approach to solve customer issues, drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring existing accounts and looking at ways to increase their return on investment and further drive revenue opportunities for solving additional challenges they will have.
- Reduce client attrition, increase lifetime value, and improve client satisfaction.
- Debt collection and problem solving of customer escalations Proactive and responsive communications with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Identifying opportunities for growth developing our key accounts with the support of senior leadership.
- Managing a number of clients/projects simultaneously -working to tight implementation deadlines.
- Providing support to the wider organisation on complex cases.
- Continuously strive to gain market intelligence, while demonstrating in depth service, market and competitive intelligence expertise.
- Shares best practice to enhance our business success across the company.
- Ensure thoughtful, decisive responsiveness and timely resolution to clients while better identifying and anticipating client needs.
- Carrying out and monitoring the inspection of AVASK product/services to ensure quality standards are met.
- Partner with various teams to act as the primary point of contact for complaints via social media, and platforms/agencies.
- Create, respond and manage survey, complaints and escalations.
- Serve as an AVASK company and service ambassador. Keep up to date with detailed knowledge of all AVASK services at all stages of the lifecycle of service delivery

**Skills, knowledge and experience**:

- Bachelors degree in a related discipling
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Sales or Customer Success.
- Detailed knowledge of the e-commerce seller environment, understand the AVASK business model and have experience delivering and implementing solutions for customers.
- Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills including making impactful presentations via telephone or in-person.
- Able to prioritize in accordance with a clear understanding of the business, target markets and trends.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Competent in the use of digital technologies is essential.
- Capacity to organize and manage stakeholder meetings.
- Self-motivated who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering quality customer service.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Focused on delivering results to achieve goals.
- High level of professionalism, sound judgment, commitment, integrity, teamwork, and customer service.
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
