Are you an organised, friendly, approachable, calm person with a good telephone manner and interpersonal skills? Then you could be just what we are looking for to join my clientsAdmin Team.
**What We Want**:

- A proactive, approachable and calm professional
- A minimum of a years’ experience in a similar reception role
- Have excellent communication skills and a high level of personal organisation
- Must be able to work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines, and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the school
- A good working knowledge of MS Office programmes.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

**The ideal applicant will have**:

- Experience of working in a busy school or college environment.
- A real passion for working within an education environment.
- Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
