A vacancy has arisen for a temporary receptionist to help cover a period of absence within an excellent organisation. This will require being the first point of contact within the business.
- You must be able to greet visitors with a professional manner
- Answer all incoming calls and divert these to the correct point of contact
- Ensure that’s the reception area is kept clean
- Prepare meeting rooms
- Organise bookings for the meeting rooms
- Other ad hoc duties required
