**Duties/Responsibilities**:
**Rare opportunity to join the EMCOR UK team based at RAF Coningsby as a Contract Co-Ordinator.**
**Up to £27934pa DOE**
**Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm + 1 hour lunch**
**25 days' holiday + BH**

**Job Purpose**:
To assist management team in the smooth and effective administration of the contract. Liaising with other team members to ensure a consistent and professional approach.
**Duties**:
- Provide a professional customer focused support function in the completion of a variety of duties to the account team, client and supply chain
- Through the use of technology and excellent communication skills, act as a link between account management representatives, third party subcontractors/suppliers, clients and end user customers to facilitate the completion of planned and reactive maintenance tasks or specialist activities
- Assist with the production of periodic reports, including, but not limited to, operational / financial performance, compliance and work in progress
- In accordance with EMCOR rules and procedures / legislative and statutory requirements, ensure that third parties are fully compliant
- Provide assistance to management team during audit activities
- Raise purchase/subcontractor orders as required
- Maintain documentation including, but not limited to, site log books, training records, service reports, quotations, finance reports, overtime and holiday/sickness records
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required in accordance with skills and training

**Skills**:
- A proven track record in a facilities or service delivery environment would be advantageous
- Five GCSE qualifications at level A to C including Maths and English or equivalent
- Excellent IT skills including a proven track record using bespoke software (CAFM / PPM systems)
- The ability to maintain an objective and positive focus through busy periods of high and sustained work pressure
- Proven track record in Quality Assurance and customer service delivery with a good eye for detail
- Able to embrace new technologies and a passion for innovation and learning new skills
- Smart, presentable appearance

- Financially astute and commercially aware
