As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a highly motivated Service and Parts Coordinator to join our team.

**Purpose**:
To create stock codes and locations for incoming parts and receive them into stock and to ship them out to customers and engineers and to ensure stock levels are maintained. To service machines and help engineers with installations/repairs. To be part of stock take and allocate stock to stock machines and ensure correct labelling of all stock. To support the Service Department and sub-contractors by sending parts to them and customers. To ensure constant customer satisfaction and optimum profitability for BDL.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Comply with BDL Health and Safety Policy by ensuring the Warehouse and outside area are clean and tidy and contains no hazards (slips/trips).

Ensure all parts held in the warehouse are identified and stocked in known locations with the information held on the CRM.

Support sub-contract engineers on an ‘As Needed’ basis which will involve site work.

Handle deliveries/collections of machines and parts in a safe, controlled manner.

Perform a regular stock take to ensure stock levels correspond to the CRM and advise Service co-ordinator where replenishment is required.

Ensure the spare van is clean and in good working order.

Ensure all services within the Warehouse are working correctly such as heating and lighting and contact Lindum with any issues.

Help with consumables orders when necessary.

Carry out weekly Fork Lift checks using the checklist supplied and reporting any issues to the Commercial Manager.

To be available to respond to the general needs of the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
