**Property Sales Negotiator**
We are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join our successful sales team This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a role within a busy and exciting local business.
Mighty House are leading Estate Agent in the local area and already have a successful team with a wealth of property knowledge. We are expanding the business with a new office and therefore need a new team member to join us
We are looking for someone with previous property experience and experience in valuing properties, someone who can problem solve, self-manage their workload, think outside the box and have the enthusiasm to produce excellent results.
Duties involved in the role will include:
- Complete take ons of properties including taking pictures, writing marketing material and producing floor plans with our specialist equipment
- Assist with property viewings and communicating viewing feedback
- Successfully negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
- Be involved with property progressions and liaise with solicitors
- Pick up valuation leads and schedule in appointments
- Build good rapport with viewers and vendors
- Conduct property valuations alongside our current property valuer
- Work with our marketing department to successful market properties
- Ad-hoc admin tasks as and when required
Personal skills & qualities required:
- Estate agency experience & knowledge
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Good local area knowledge
- Confident and outgoing personality

The role will be working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch, Saturday working on a rota basis with a day off during the week. This role is currently office based in Lancaster City Centre.
You will need to have a full UK driving license for this role.
- Salary - Competitive basic salary and opportunity to earn substantial uncapped bonuses with a realistic OTE of up to £35- 40k (to be discussed at interview)
