We are looking to recruit a Trainee Property Valuer to join our successful sales team This is a great opportunity to learn and develop within a local, expanding Estate Agents.

We are a leading Estate Agents in the local area and already have a successful team with a wealth of property knowledge.

We’re looking for someone with an interest or some experience in the property sector who is looking for a new challenge and has a passion to pursue a career as a Property Valuer.

Full training will be provided to ensure you are able to successfully complete the below duties:

- Visit properties and carry out market appraisals, providing accurate and competitive valuations
- Successfully convert market appraisals into instructions for the business
- Produce high quality listings with full floor plans, descriptions and photographs
- Ensure all legal requirements are checked
- Build and develop strong relationships with vendors

The role will be working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch, Saturday working on a rota basis with a day off during the week (Flexible working can be discussed at interview). This role will be based within our Lancaster office and our Morecambe office.

FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
