Job Title: Administration Coordinator
Reporting to: Administration Manager
Position Type: Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Rearsby, Leicester

Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with incoming/outgoing post
- Welcoming Visitors and signing them in/out
- Input and retrieval of data on a bespoke database (underwriting systems)
- Filing documentation into ImageRight (paperless filing system)
- Producing reports and other documentation
- Assist with Health & Safety compliance within the office
- Assist as required with the delivery of various staff and corporate events
- Assist with the organisation of office maintenance and service contracts
- Organisation of Meeting Rooms
- Booking train tickets, hotels and taxis
- General Office Administration
- Other reasonable duties as requested by the Administration Manager
Skills and Experience Specification:
Essential:
- Good command of English and numeracy
- Good keyboard skills, high level of accuracy essential
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
