**URGENTLY NEEDED**

**Customer Service Advisor**

Due to expansion we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work as part of the Tyneside Training Services admin team. Your duties will include the following:

- To assist co-ordination of the training requirements of the companies clients as instructed by the Head of Operations with specific responsibilities to Vocational Courses. Reporting directly to the Project Coordinator.
- To assist with the production of, and establishment of training contracts, reports or other documents for which the company has responsibility for submission to relevant awarding bodies.
- To liaise with appropriate awarding bodies for the purpose of administrating the companies training operations.
- To liaise with training staff ensuring they have the administrative support when conducting their training duties.
- To establish and maintain records, reports, examination papers or other documents associated with the companies training operations and to be responsible for their safe custody.
- To maintain Health and Safety Standards
- To adhere to company Quality Assurance procedures
- To carry out any other duties as and when required by the companies management team.

**Experience**
- Preferred experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office

Part-time hours: 18-24 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
