Our Customer Specialists (Property) take ownership of our more complex repairs and maintenance queries, investigating the issues for our customers and collaborating with colleagues to reach the best outcome.

We have an opportunities for **Customer Specialists** (Property) **to join our team in Dorset.

This will be a hybrid role where you'll be working from home and in the office.

The starting salary is £26,000 - £29,000 depending on experience.

**The role**:
As a **Customer Specialist**, **you'll use your repairs and maintenance knowledge to offer a personalised service to our customers, helping them with their existing repairs. We take a case management approach so you'll be managing each query from beginning to end, scheduling in works and liaising with key stakeholders.

What you'll need:

- A knowledge of repairs or a background in maintenance
- The ability to self-motivate and be highly organised
- Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to use multiple computer systems
- Previous experience of working with customers in a busy environment
- The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your workflow
