This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive and growing team in the Customer Service Centre at **Tadcaster,** with excellent training provided.

Innserve are the **leading drinks dispense company in the UK**, supplying, installing, and maintaining drinks dispense systems in over 80,000 outlets You’ll be working with some of the country’s most well-known hospitality brands.

**The Role - be the voice of Innserve**
- Fully comprehensive training will be provided
- Hybrid working options
- Working a roster pattern of an average 36 hours per week, covering from 8am to 9pm
- Working one weekend shift in every seven weeks
- Speaking to customers on the phone, who need assistance with their drinks dispense equipment, determine if diagnostic help can be give over the phone to fix the problem straight away or whether a visit from a specialist technician needs to be booked.
- Logging calls and following up on diagnosed calls to ensure great customer service is always given.

**Who we’re looking for?**
- You will be approachable and helpful to provide a high level of customer service.
- You will have excellent verbal communication skills.
- You will be able to effectively use a computer during real-time conversations with customers.
- You will be a strong team player who wants to succeed.
- You will be happy to assist and support colleagues around you and juggle your priorities to achieve team goals as well as personal ones.
- An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.
- No previous experience needed

**Hybrid Working**

We offer hybrid working once training is complete. Training is completed at our head office and takes approximately between 2-6 weeks.
