A vacancy has arisen due to promotion of our current co-ordinator within the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their project management skills and property knowledge.

The Stock Portfolio team sit within the Development and Sales team and focus on leading the delivery of L&Q’s asset management strategy, ensuring that we make best use of all of our assets.

We are a busy team with challenging disposal targets and the Project Co-Ordinator is an important role. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is a self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

The majority of our disposals are individual flats and houses. As Project Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the referrals we receive from the voids and housing teams and for the disposals dashboard where you will maintain all our live disposals data. You will also be responsible for allocating the property disposals to the project managers as well as working closely with multiple internal departments, including the voids team, rehousing, neighbourhoods and the asset information team. You will also provide some administrative support to the project managers.

Essential skills required for this role
- Computer literate with excellent Microsoft skills.

Ability to manage a varied workload

Great organisational skills

Ability to build positive working relationships with internal colleagues and teams

Produce reports on disposals
