Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join an investment company based in Salisbury. This is a full-time permanent position.
Responsibilities as an Accounts Administrator:
- Mixture of bookkeeping and administration duties
- Maintaining client records and processing transfers
- Generating client investment valuations
- Processing client and payment claims
- Accurate data entry and assisting with client queries
- Entering payroll and expenses onto Xero program
- Dealing with invoices and sales
- Keeping track of the various types of spending
Requirements as an Accounts Administrator:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping
- Confident in all Microsoft packages, especially excel
- Experience using Xero is desirable
- Previous experience with a financial service is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of financial products would be an advantage
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and within a team
This position is a full-time permanent role and salary is negotiable. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
