**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of accounts payable.
- Manage invoices, ensuring they are correctly raised and entered into the accounting system.
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial statements and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and preparing necessary reports to the director.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Utilise accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks for various financial tasks.
- Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A relevant qualification in finance or accounting would be advantageous but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.63-£15.01 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
