Our Bournemouth-based client is offering Office or **Hybrid** working models on a full-time **6-month temporary assignment**to start as soon as possible.
Hourly rate: £11.74 - £12.29
**Hybrid option**: 3 days in the office and two days working from home
As the Purchase Order Administrator role you, your role will include:
- Ensuring all purchase orders and credit card transactions are placed and processed
- Recording of all supplier transactions and the expenses of internal stakeholders
- Assist in facilitating timely payment accrual accounting and the analysis of purchasing information
- Deliver a high level of customer service by supporting staff and students in their purchasing requests
- Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, assisting with their queries and ensuring that they are paid on a timely basis.
- Processing purchase orders, and credit card transactions and maintaining the purchase ledger
The ideal skills and experience needed as a Purchase Order Administrator:
- Experience in processing purchase orders, credit card transactions or invoices
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Office Administration
