**Job Title**: Income Administrator for a 6 month post
**Salary**: £13.19 - £15.75ph depending on experience.
**Location**: Office base in Cambourne (CB23)
**Hours**: Full time and Part time available, part time hours will need to work a minimum of 3 days
**What are your responsibilities**:
You will be leading on the invoicing process for all income related items of work within planning, in addition to already implemented systems this will create, maintain several trackers, databases and processes to enable this. You will also be engaging withcustomers at the beginning of the invoicing process and on occasions concerning overdue payments, this will also be working to a SLA agreed in the invoicing schedule. You will also be doing the following:

- Time tracking software must be kept up to date for invoicing activity to take place
- Monthly reporting in line with agreed time scales
- System audits ensuring all data is relevant and up to date
- Maintaining the closure process of PPAs and other billable work items, engaging with officers to ensure on-hand work is relevant.

**What experience will you need**:

- Intermediate to advanced excel capabilities
- Experience in customer in a customer service setting
- Working in a fast-paced office environment
- Process improvement experience is desirable but not essential.
