**Job Title: Healthy Homes Officer**

**Salary: Up to £32,000 + £1,200 car allowance**
**Location: Epsom, KT17**

Our client are looking to recruit a Healthy Homes officer to ensure all residents live in safe, secure, habitable and decent living conditions. You will have the responsibility of Systematically and annually visiting and reviewing all homes within Rosebery to ascertain current living conditions and raise necessary remedial works. Provide initial assessment/feedback to colleagues in other teams regarding the residents and their personal circumstances and ensure all findings are recorded on the system accurately and in a timely manner.
**Job Role -**
- Visit all properties at least once a year to assess current living conditions within property, communal areas and gardens.
- Plan and schedule visits at the convenience of the residents, wherever possible in collaboration with residents.
- Complete the Healthy Homes Visit template for every visit and at the home of the resident during the visit
- Record all findings on the system, including uploading the Healthy Homes template for each visit.
- Where living conditions are deemed uninhabitable, take immediate action to bring the living conditions back to a habitable condition, including decanting residents if needed, raising emergency repairs where required and involving all necessary support organisations (in liaison with colleagues from other appropriate teams)
- Knowledge of surveying properties for emergency repairs
- Knowledge of raising repairs and liaising with contractors to coordinate repairs
- A full UK drivers License and access to own Vehicle is required
