Customer Service Coordinator

Our client who specialises in wholesale foodservices are seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their growing team based in Accrington.
Salary of £22,000 - £23,000 per annum
Onsite parking
Birthdays off
Modern, busy & motivated team
Fully office based role
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, buyers and third parties
- Be a dedicated contact and manage relationships with customers, both internal and external
- Resolving any complaints or queries in a timely manner
What they are looking for:
- Proven experience in a customer support role is essential
- Strong numerary and literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail
- Ability to manage relationships with customers supporting with complaints or queries
- Professional and clear communicator, confident telephone manner
- Good data processing skills and able to work to tight deadlines.
