As Finance manager you will be responsible for the overall financial health of an organisation. Producing financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of their organisation.

**Client Details**

Market leading logistics business based in Kettering.

**Description**
- Publication of Weekly Management Information for the site to incorporate open and closed book P&L Accounts, stats and productivity measures to assess the efficiency of the site against budgetary and flex targets.
- Managing the processes around company and Customer Period End's in order that all deadlines are achieved.
- Production of Period Reports for the Customer for period review purposes, again containing detailed finance and statistical reports to the specification required.
- Production of Period Reports for use in internal contract reviews, including variance analysis, commentary and balance sheets.
- Payroll reconciliations in a timely, accurate manner.
- Regular review and control of debt position.
- Assist the Contract Accountant with customer & company budgets / reforecasting.
- Tracking and co-ordinating any site Continuous Improvement and Cost Saving initiatives, known as Plan on a Page.
- Support all site financial activities in a manner that adds value to the client and the business to achieve key operational performance objectives.

**Profile**
- Working towards a financial qualification - such as AAT/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent (study support available)
- Sound financial ledger knowledge.
- Good understanding of all Microsoft Packages and strong Excel skills is essential.
- Strong numeric / literacy skills to A level or equivalent level.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Motivated and driven individual who can use their own initiative to solve complex problems.
- As an individual you will have the drive and focus to meet tight deadlines
