Job DescriptionHead of Finance Permanent based in Kettering NN15Job Purpose:We are seeking a highly accomplished Management Accountant with extensive senior leadership experience to oversee the financial operations of all European entities including the UK business. This is a strategic and operational leadership role requiring a proven track record of managing multi-entity multi-currency financial structures at a senior level.As Head of Finance you will hold full financial responsibility for operations across the UK and Europe ensuring strategic alignment operational excellence and delivery of financial performance in line with group objectives. This senior leadership position demands a high-calibre finance professional with at least 10 years post-qualification experience in senior finance roles specifically within manufacturing environments with multi-site operations.This individual will be instrumental in shaping and executing financial strategy driving cost optimisation evaluating investment opportunities and supporting long-term business planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen analytical rigour and a hands-on operational mindset coupled with the ability to influence at board level. The role will also play a critical part in identifying opportunities for financial improvement managing tax exposure and enhancing the overall financial strength of the business.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Drive the financial strategy for UK and European operations ensuring alignment with group objectives. Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to guide decision-making and long-term planning.Financial Planning & Reporting: Lead budgeting forecasting and accurate financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies.
