We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Maintenance Systems Coordinator to help streamline our scheduling processes, enhance system usage, and deliver outstanding service to our clients.

This role will be a customer facing role and the successful applicant must be proficient with technology and be able to work with Excel and internal property systems.
- It is essential that the successful applicant can work under pressure, meet deadlines, work under their own initiative and produce quality reports.
- We are looking for someone who can manage a dairy system on one moment and then explain how to look for an error code on a boiler in the next moment.
- We need someone who can manage their own time, be super organised, has a good telephone manner nd has a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of property maintenance or the terms involved would be a useful asset but not essential.
- A driving licence is needed for this role.

- Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 - dependent on experience
