**Finance & Office Support**
- Based in Bowerham_ | _37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, 30-minute lunch)_ | _£24,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)_

Join the team at Mighty Maintenance Ltd, now proudly merged with Farrer Plumbing & Heating We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to step into a Finance & Office Support role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of both finance operations and office support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce and issue customer invoices.
- Upload supplier invoices into our in-house systems.
- Work with contractors to query and close jobs in preparation for invoicing.
- Liaise with the group finance team for streamlined operations.
- Collect and collate monthly timesheets from engineers.
- Manage the parts library using Propeller software.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- A proven track record in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and confidence using internal systems and office software.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to support various tasks.

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
The role is based from our Mighty Maintenance office in Bowerham.
